The Role

:

As a Sales Manager, you will be reporting to CEO while converting existing sales leads into orders.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain activity records using CRM.
2. Identify and secure high-potential prospects.
3. Build and nurture relationships with new customers.
4. Develop comprehensive programme capture plans.
5. Maintain and communicate business development plans.
6. Respond to client RFPs.
7. Travel extensively within assigned regions to meet clients and demonstrate products.

Requirements:

8. Previous experience working in a similar role.
9. At least 5 years' experience in a technical or sales role within a related industry.
10. Eligibility for UK security clearance.
11. Technical competence to understand and convey new concepts.
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
13. Effective multitasking, prioritisation, and time management skills.
14. Full UK driving licence.
