Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and drink offerings. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and drinks efficiently and courteously. Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any requests. Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, and glassware. Clear tables and reset them for the next guests. Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards. Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
