What You’ll Be Doing
* Transforming client briefs into smart, creative, buildable production solutions
* Producing 2D & 3D drawings and technical plans (SketchUp / AutoCAD / Vectorworks)
* Owning projects end‑to‑end — schedules, budgets, suppliers, logistics, and delivery
* Leading on‑site builds across the UK, Europe, and beyond
* Working closely with engineers, build teams, suppliers, and clients
* Driving exceptional Health & Safety standards across every project
* Crafting smooth load‑in / load‑out plans and keeping builds running like clockwork
You’ll be right in the middle of all the action — planning, coordinating, solving problems, and keeping everyone moving in the same direction.
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years’ experience in technical event production (5 years+ preferred per JD)
* A track record delivering large‑scale, complex live projects
* Strong technical drawing ability (SketchUp / CAD tools)
* Confidence managing multiple suppliers, teams, and moving parts
* A calm, organised, solutions‑focused approach
* A real passion for premium, thoughtfully engineered build solutions

* Highly organised with excellent time management
* Resilient, calm, and level‑headed under pressure
* A natural communicator who can adapt to clients, suppliers, and crew
* Proactive, adaptable, and always thinking two steps ahead
* A true team player, willing to lead or support as needed
A full, clean driving licence and flexibility for frequent on‑site work (including weekends when required) is essential.
