Role Description
To assist James and the IMA team grow our membership, we are recruiting a part-time (20 hours a week) marketing assistant. This is a hybrid role, with an estimated one day a week in Royal Leamington Spa, plus working from home. We hope to offer some flexibility on working patterns, providing that tasks can be completely effectively and team work isn't compromised.
The role will focus on:
* Managing partner relationships
* Co-ordinating promotional events (in person and online)
* Liaising with guests, producers and studios for podcasts
* Publishing, and promoting the IMA, on social media
* Writing to prospect organisations
* Arranging introductory meetings and calls for the CEO
* Investigating new marketing platforms, and AI-driven efficiencies
Qualifications
* Strong, empathetic, written and verbal communication skills
* Sales and marketing skills
* Excellent organisational skills and multitasking ability
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Experience of working in a small, hybrid team would be an advantage
