Work scope:
* Review design packages for electrical systems and equipment, including power & distribution transformers, motors, generators, high/low voltage switchgear, MCC, distribution network, control equipment, power outlets, drawings, datasheets, scope of work, calculations, BOM, preliminary costs, Hazardous Area Classification, and power system studies.
* Prepare the Project Design Basis Document as per scope.
* Develop project load lists based on scope.
* Produce technical reports and specifications for electrical equipment.
* Assist in electrical activities during engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
* Coordinate with Project managers on electrical scope.
* Analyze major equipment in the design package.
* Review and respond to technical and site queries.
* Ensure project execution aligns with standards and regulations.
* Monitor contractor performance and work quality.
* Evaluate Material Requisitions, Bid Evaluations, and Award Recommendations.
* Review Change Orders for compliance and budget adherence.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure HSE standards.
* Provide technical assurance for electrical deliverables.
* Recommend improvements for installations and modifications.
* Maintain knowledge of Power system automation.

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Extensive experience in design, engineering, and construction.
* Experience in the Middle East is preferred.
* Familiarity with NEC, IEEE/ANSI, IEC standards, and best practices.
* Knowledge of analogue and digital control systems, including PSA, DCS, PLC, and SCADA.
* Proficiency in English for analysis, presentations, and staying updated with advancements.
* Experience with ETAP or similar software and Microsoft Office.
