Bank Theatre Practitioner – Scrub (ODP) – Brentwood Hospital, Part‑time, bank worker. Negotiable pay based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Work with a highly skilled team of theatre practitioners.
* Handle a varied caseload across various surgical procedures.
* Communicate effectively with surgical teams and patients.
* Use state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment and facilities.
* Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team.
* Shape patient experiences that are clinically effective, evidence‑based and appropriate.
Qualifications
* Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HPC).
* Relevant qualifications and post‑registration experience.
Experience & Attributes
* Passion for high standards and meticulous attention to detail.
* Post‑registration experience in operative practice.
* Focused, flexible, and motivated team worker.
