This role & opportunity
As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in creating the first line of interaction with prospects. You expertly navigate the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and forging a path to sales success.
Your ability to be a quick learner with strong communication skills will be instrumental in compellingly showcasing our offering.
Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will work closely with the sales and broader commercial marketing teams based across Europe. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company. If you’re up for a career-defining challenge, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
* Prospect like a pro: Utilise various tools and resources to identify, qualify, and pursue new potential clients effectively.
* Company sleuth: Conduct thorough research on companies to precisely match our offerings with their needs and preferences.
* Connect and conquer: Engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn and other creative ways to ignite interest and bolster our sales pipeline.
* Relationship builder: Forge strong and enduring connections with potential clients through effective rapport-building techniques, nurturing relationships and securing commitments.
* Meeting maestro: Schedule and conduct high-quality meetings and product demos to drive the sales process forward. Providing valuable insights and assistance in meetings with Account Executives.
* Adaptive strategist: Bring new ideas and continuously refine sales approaches, embracing a test-and-learn mindset to adapt based on results.
* Deliver actionable insights: Ensure CRM data accuracy and produce detailed reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly, showcasing results and key insights with clarity and comprehensiveness.
About You

However, it's important to note that as this is a senior role we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative with 3+ years experience, including 2 within Saas or Fintech.
* Proven Tech Savvy Business Development Professional: With 3+ years in SaaS or Fintech sales, consistently meeting quotas and adept at negotiation. Skilled in CRM (preferably HubSpot) and leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach.
* Effective Communicator: Exceptional in written/oral communication and active listening, ensuring successful client interaction.
* Strong Work Ethic: Driven, self-motivation, and positivity to exceed targets.
* Agile Problem-Solving: Mastery of strategic thinking and agile problem-solving for navigating sales situations.
* Organisation and Attention to Detail: Organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail, facilitating efficient progress tracking and professional presentation
* Collaborative Team Player: Experienced in cross-functional teamwork, information sharing that contributes to Weavr’s success.
