Job Description
Production Operatives required in Tewkesbury, working within a factory environment. Monday to Friday, weekly rotating shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:30 / 22:00–06:00), offering £12.71 – £15.89 per hour depending on shift. The roles are varied and will involve operating automated lines and/or advanced machinery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:
* Working on an automated/automotive production line
* Operating and assisting with high-tech equipment, including CNC machines and laser imaging machinery
* Running and monitoring production lines to ensure smooth operation
* Handling components and materials within a factory environment
* Working safely around chemicals, following strict health & safety procedures
* Carrying out quality checks and addressing basic production issues
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Candidate Requirements To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a production environment.
* Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential
* A good working attitude with a strong willingness to learn
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong understanding of health & safety
* Ability to problem-solve and work effectively under pressure
* Comfortable working around machinery and chemicals
Shift Pattern & Pay
* Day Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 – £12.71 per hour
* Mid Shift: 14:00 – 22:30 – £15.26 per hour
* Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00 – £15.89 per hour (may not be required as this is dependant if you are put on nightshift full time - usual shifts rotate between Day & Mid)
* Overtime: Paid at 1.25x after 40 hours worked
