Autosmart: Join Our International Customer Service Team

With franchisees operating in countries including France, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, and more, we're excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our international Customer Service team as a French Speaking Customer Service and Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, you will leverage your exceptional people skills to support our 5-year growth plans for France.

In this dynamic position, you will use your fluent French language skills to:

* Create an impeccable end-to-end customer experience for French franchisees, customers, and consumers.
* Be the first point of contact for franchisees, customers, and consumers, answering technical product questions, handling order and export paperwork, and resolving complaints.
* Screen CVs and conduct initial calls with prospective French franchisees, explaining our franchising model and gauging their interest before referring them to our recruitment team.
* Support French country-specific activities, including marketing initiatives.

Our ideal candidate will have:

* Fluency in spoken and written French with excellent communication skills.
* Experience in customer service, relationship management, account management, or recruitment roles.
* Experience handling technical or product-related customer queries.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.
* Confident IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
* Willingness to travel occasionally between Burntwood, Shenstone, and Osny, France.
