As part of this journey, LFB is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement & Contracts Manager (Professional Services) to play a pivotal role in shaping category strategy and ensuring effective contract management.

You will:
* Lead the sourcing and contracting strategy for Professional Services (consultancy, training, recruitment, and more).
* Deliver end-to-end public procurement, including above-threshold procurements, ensuring compliance with the new Procurement Act 2023.
* Drive supplier performance and risk management, and contribute to LFB’s shift towards digital, insight-led procurement.
* Engage closely with senior stakeholders and play a visible part in a transformation that matters to every Londoner.
* Deputise for the Category & Procurement Manager, growing your leadership profile.
You’ll bring:
* Proven experience of delivering end-to-end procurement within the public sector.
* Strong understanding of PCRs and the new Procurement Act 2023.
* Hands-on category experience across professional services.
* Confidence in supplier management, contract oversight, and data-led decision making.
* Excellent stakeholder skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate.
