IT Environment &Release Analyst: We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our newly established IT Environment Management function as an IT Environment & Release Analyst. This is a pivotal role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our non-production environments are well-managed, fit for purpose, and ready when needed.
You’ll be at the heart of environment coordination, working with infrastructure, application, and testing teams, as well as third-party service providers. If you’re detail-oriented, technically minded, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities as IT Environment & Release Analyst:
1. Coordinating with internal IT teams (Infrastructure, Application, Testing) to build and manage environments.
2. Liaising with third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration of services.
3. Scheduling and managing environment usage and configuration to meet project timelines.
4. Ensuring environments are maintained in line with Environment Management standards.
5. Supporting code deployments, environment refreshes, and issue resolution.
6. Maintaining a comprehensive Environment Database (components, usage, status).
7. Producing clear and accurate environment-related documentation.
Skills and experience you need as IT Environment & Release Analyst:
8. Experience coordinating technical work across multidisciplinary teams.
9. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage technical information.
10. Solid understanding of application and infrastructure components.
11. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and networking concepts.
12. Background in IT service management or similar roles.
13. Analytical mindset with a knack for solving problems.
14. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
