The role
* Attending residential properties to complete snagging works, including minor repairs and finishing tasks (e.g. painting, plastering, tiling and carpentry).
* Identifying and resolving defects or incomplete works left by previous contractors.
* Ensuring all work meets the required health & safety standards.
* Communicating effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns they may have.
* Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, respecting clients' homes at all times.
* Keeping track of materials and tools, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively.
* Providing excellent customer service, building rapport with homeowners.
* Ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and within set timeframes.
About you
* Current and valid CSCS card.
* Selection of hand tools and power tools.
* Driving licence.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
To be successful
To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
* Current and valid CSCS card.
* A minimum of 2 years+ experience within the general building space.
