About the Account Handler Role

* You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial clients and those in various specialist sectors and professions - supporting them with renewals, MTA’s, day-to-day servicing, queries and cover reviews.
* You’ll deal directly with insurers and clients, providing clear, efficient service that helps build trust and long-term relationships.
* You’ll work on new business enquiries either independently or alongside the Account Executive team.
* This is a broad, varied role with lots to get involved in.
* You’ll also be part of a team that’s shaping the way things are done.


What You’ll Need

* 2–5+ years’ experience in a commercial insurance role.
* Knowledge of key insurance lines and client needs.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Confidence working directly with clients and insurers.
* A mindset geared toward learning, development, and improvement.
* Cert CII is useful but not essential as full support is available.
