Logistics People are seeking dedicated Line Leaders to join our team in Bardon at Integrated Packing Services (IPS).
Location:
Bardon, Integrated Packing Services (IPS)
Working Hours:
1. Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
2. Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 22:00
Pay Rate:
£13.44 per hour
Position:
Line Leader
Role and Responsibilities:
* Supervise the production line and motivate a small team to meet productivity targets.
* Ensure health and safety standards, quality, and hygiene requirements are upheld.
* Work alongside team members on the production line, demonstrating a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
* Manage production and labor to meet planned volume and targets, adhering to QA and safety standards.
* Ensure final products meet client specifications and maximize production efficiency.
* Promote and adhere to best practices in health, safety, and quality regulations.
* Complete all paperwork and systems accurately following company procedures.
* Maintain hygienic standards during audits and ensure GMP and housekeeping practices are followed.
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience in food manufacturing or packaging.
* Knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety protocols.
