Job Description
Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnering with a well-known organisation, on the recruitment of their Head of HR.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of HR, including retention, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and development, engagement, and organisational change.
Duties:
1. Design and execute a regional people strategy that aligns with both local business goals and the broader HR direction of the organisation
2. Serve as a key advisor to the Managing Director and senior leaders, offering strategic input and constructive challenge on all workforce matters
3. Guide and support the regional HR team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and strong service delivery
4. Lead efforts in workforce planning, talent management, and succession strategy to build future-ready capabilities
5. Champion initiatives that enhance employee experience, drive engagement, and support a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
6. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring they are streamlined, equitable, and reflective of the company’s employer brand
