Social Care Assessor
Join our friendly and supportive team in Congleton. Shared Lives is a care provider within Cheshire East Council, offering long‑term intermediate support, respite, day support, and community services. The role is a 37‑hour per week position, working Monday to Friday (9 am–5 pm Monday–Thursday, 9 am–4:30 pm Friday). No work on weekends or bank holidays.

* Provide a high‑quality, person‑centred care and support service.
* Deliver daily support, including personal care, medication administration, and everyday activities.
* Support people who attend the day centre to lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience is welcome but not required, as full induction and training will be provided. Ideal candidates are caring, friendly, and committed to enhancing the lives of service users while treating everyone with dignity and respect.

* Salary: £31,537 to £34,434 per annum (pro‑rata for part‑time).
