The Role
As part of the Customer & Operations Advisory team in the UK, this role within the IGH sector involves:
1. Business Development: Leading customer business development activities, developing proposals, marketing in the public sector, and maintaining relationships internally and with clients.
2. Engagement Delivery: Managing large, complex transformation programs, overseeing digital solutions, and ensuring quality of deliverables.
3. People Development: Leading multi-disciplinary teams, mentoring, coaching, and skills transfer.
4. Practice Development: Developing skills in customer and digital consulting to scale the business.
5. Risk Management: Identifying and managing project risks, ensuring compliance with firm frameworks.
The role is flexible in location with travel required. KPMG currently supports hybrid working models.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have experience in selling and delivering professional services, particularly in transformation consulting within organizations such as System Integrators, Big 4, digital agencies, or boutique providers. Requirements include:
* Senior-level credibility and confidence in building relationships with leadership.
* Experience engaging with C-suite executives on topics like digital transformation and customer experience.
* Proven leadership of large, multi-disciplinary teams.
* Ability to coach and develop team members.
* Thought leadership and market influence.
* Sales experience with a target of approximately £1.5m revenue annually.
Technical expertise should include:
* Deep capability in areas like Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, CRM, or Customer Centric Operating Models.
* Industry knowledge in sectors such as Infrastructure, Government, Healthcare, or Higher Education.
* Interest and experience with Customer Engagement technologies like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Dynamics.
* Experience with large-scale transformation, customer journey design, and digital innovation.
* Skills in Target Operating Model design, process re-engineering, and digital channel migration.
