Joining Javelot means committing to a mission with a significant eco-responsibility impact. Our team of over 90 employees across France and Europe manages over 20 million tonnes of cereals globally. We are growing and seeking UK Technical Coordinators to deploy our solutions in the UK.
Position and Duties
As UK Technical Coordinator, you will oversee the deployment of Javelot's Store&Save solutions in the UK. Your responsibilities include:
A - General
* Ensuring functional site delivery within budget, time, quality, and safety standards
* Conducting site audits and selecting suitable technical solutions
* Managing partnerships with subcontractors for installations
* Defining KPIs to monitor deployment
* Reporting issues and collaborating on solutions
* Overseeing maintenance and liaising with R&D for market adaptations
B - Cost & Deadline Management
* Managing budgets and negotiating with service providers
* Planning installation schedules aligned with constraints and approvals
* Tracking progress and updating schedules regularly
C - Quality & Safety
* Ensuring subcontractor compliance and quality standards
* Verifying operational facilities before harvest and conducting quality audits
* Ensuring safety standards are met
D - Business Development Support
* Supporting sales with testing and demonstrations for prospective clients
Requirements
* Ability to work independently and solve field problems
* Willingness to travel frequently across the UK
* Valid driving license
* Bachelor's or Master's degree
* Open to both junior and experienced candidates
* Technical background appreciated
