Stores Team Leader (Temp to Perm) Location: On-site Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (38 hours) Salary: £30,000 (depending on experience) About the Role Select Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company for a Stores Team Leader to join the Operations team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a hands-on operational leadership role responsible for ensuring the Stores function runs efficiently, safely, and in line with production requirements. You will lead a team of stores operatives, supporting day-to-day activity while ensuring high standards of accuracy, stock control, and system compliance.
