Join a dynamic team to lead the launch of a first-in-class neurology product. This role is instrumental in driving brand strategy, planning, and execution, ensuring a successful customer-centric launch through cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and contribute to the strategic brand plan, using market insights and long-term horizon scanning.
* Define strategic objectives and Critical Success Factors (CSFs), aligning projects and activities with both global and local goals.
* Develop and deliver campaigns and projects from brand planning through execution.
* Ensure alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, budgets, and global brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with budget holders and procurement to manage supplier relationships and costs.
* Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure success and adapt plans accordingly.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned planning and execution.
* Lead regular project meetings and communicate updates clearly to all stakeholders.
* Provide direction to commercial teams and ensure clarity of brand goals and deliverables.
* Engage directly with customers, including attendance at professional meetings and congresses.
* Build sustainable relationships with Key Thought Leaders (KTLs) and clinical stakeholders.
* Lead insight-led, scientific, and NHS-focused planning, tailoring value propositions across UK health bodies.
* Place customer and patient needs at the center of all planning and execution.
To be considered for the role of Brand Manager, you will have the following:
* Educated to Degree-level in related scientific or business field
* In-depth knowledge of ABPI Code of Practice and its real-world application.
* Experience in product or brand marketing in a specialty care setting.
* Previous experience with Neurology or MS product launch is highly desirable
* Strong strategic, analytical, and planning capabilities.
* Understanding of the NHS/HSE/DoH Ireland landscape and influence points.
* Excellent communicator with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
This is a permanent position, with weekly office presence required.
