Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Reading / Maidenhead
About the Role:
We’re looking for our first dedicated Business Development Manager to help disrupt the traditional waste management market.
This is a key role where you’ll be responsible for introducing our service to the UK aesthetics sector, building strong relationships with clinic owners, and helping grow a network of high-quality, compliant partners.
You’ll be helping to build something from the ground up – with a clear goal of reaching 500 flagship clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and win new business across aesthetics clinics, skin clinics, and medical spas
* Carry out consultative “compliance audits” to highlight gaps in current waste providers
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
* Build relationships and represent the business at key industry events (ACE, CCR, etc.)
* Act as a key ambassador for the brand within the aesthetics market
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 2+ years’ experience in clinical waste sales
* Strong understanding of EWC codes, HTM 07-01, and upcoming aesthetics licensing changes (2026)
* A strong “hunter” mentality – comfortable building your own pipeline
* Confident communicator who can engage with high-end clinics and medical professionals
Package “Founding 500”
* Base Salary: £45,000
* Commission: 10% of first-year contract value for every new clinic signed
* Milestone Bonus: £50,000 upon reaching 500 active paying clinic accounts
* Career Progression: Opportunity to move into Commercial Director role once milestone is achieved
