Team Leader – Children’s Residential Home
£43,180 – £50,444 including sleep-ins and allowances

Children’s home supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. This is a leadership role where small moments matter.
As a Team Leader in a children’s residential home, you’ll play an important part in creating stability and positive experiences for young people. It’s a role that balances care and leadership – supporting the day-to-day life of the home while helping the team provide consistent, thoughtful care.
You won’t be expected to do this alone. The role sits within a wider leadership structure, with support from experienced managers and a clear framework for development.

About the Role:
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the children’s home
• Helping create a stable, nurturing environment for young people
• Providing guidance and supervision to the staff team on shift
• Supporting care planning and ensuring high standards of care are maintained
• Working closely with the Deputy and Registered Manager
• Stepping in to deputise for senior leaders when required
• Building positive relationships with young people and helping them develop confidence and independence

About You:
Experience & Qualifications:
• Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Care (required)
• Experience working in residential childcare
• Confidence supporting or supervising staff within a care setting
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
