Job title: Account Executive - Real Estate
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

ROLE OVERVIEW
Lawes are currently partnering with a leading global broker who due to expansion are recruiting for an Account Executive to join their Real Estate team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their career, you will have the opportunity to oversee a substantial book of business while contributing to the overall growth strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee and managed an inherited book of business with some key leading accounts
* Pipeline of warm leads to follow up
* Assigned two account handlers to help with workload
* Working with large corporate complex business
* Develop relationships with key insurers
* Maintain an exsiting portfolio
* Work closely with senior leadership to drive team performance and business success.
* Lead by example, inspiring, encouraging and personally supporting account handlers in their career development
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Demonstrated experience in managing real estate insurance accounts.
* Strong understanding of the London Market and property owner-specific policies.
* Ability to manage high-value accounts with a strategic and client-focused approach.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while aligning with broader business objectives.

* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Strong business management and client service skills.
* Strategic problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Proficiency in digital tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
