The Opportunity
You will teach Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering a curriculum that balances practical performance work with evaluation, reflection and theatrical understanding.
At KS3, lessons focus on developing confidence, teamwork and creativity through exploration of scripts, improvisation and dramatic techniques. Students are encouraged to take creative risks in a supportive and structured environment.
At GCSE, students engage with scripted and devised performance alongside written evaluation. As an ECT, you will be supported in delivering assessment requirements, structuring rehearsal time effectively and guiding students through coursework.
You’ll be encouraged to develop your own teaching style while working within a clear, supportive framework.
