The successful candidate will assist with the development, delivery & coordination of training for both new and existing employees; and develop the company's overall training programmes with specific reference to Good Manufacturing Practice. The Trainer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and conducting training programs that enhance employees' skills and knowledge, focusing on GMP within Norbrook. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, instructional design, and adult learning principles, and be skilled at communicating complex quality concepts clearly and effectively to new and existing trainer will ensure that employees are well-prepared to perform their duties effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with GMP standards. This role is vital for ensuring that teams perform at their best, contributing to overall organizational success. Main Activities/Tasks The main duties of this role will include, but will not be limited to, the following: Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires as well as existing employees. Provide one-on-one coaching and group training in procedures, tools, and systems. Collect and analyze data on employee performance to gauge learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Provide continuous support to employees during and after training programs. Stay up-to-date with operational procedures, best practices, and industry trends to incorporate into training sessions. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, employee participation, and feedback. Offer ongoing support and guidance to employees as they apply new skills in the workplace. Prepare reports on training outcomes, including success rates and areas for development. Coordination of both internal and external training programmes including Manual Handling Awareness Training, SOP training etc Essential Criteria: Excellent communication & presentation skills. Experience in developing and implementing training programmes. Ability to work well under pressure and with a high degree of flexibility. Applicants should demonstrate excellent planning & organisation skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and achieve specific deadlines. In-depth understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice Minimum 3 years work experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry Duration: Full Time Permanent Additional Information: This role may be based in a site that produces and handles penicillin, and as such, this role would not be suitable for those that have a penicillin allergy.
