Info about the Company A designer and manufacturer of complex electromechanical safety-critical products for industrial & environmental applications are currently on the lookout for a Field Service Engineering Manager to join the team. Info about what the Field Service Engineering Manager role entails As a key member of the Field Service Team you will contribute to delivering company growth goals and report into the Head of Customer Experience. You will be responsible for specific metrics within the department and for making strategic decisions to improve KPI’s. You will be expected to undertake regular nation travel to build relationships with key customers and engineers whilst also providing them with support.
