The Technical Records Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all the Aviation company and customer technical records comply with internal procedures, customer procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Key Skills
Experience working within a Part-145 MRO.
Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
* Collect, review, and file paperwork from check management, distributing corrections as needed.
* Audit all Aircraft Technical Log (ATL) pages, work packs, and engineering documentation.
* Compile reports for the Lead Technical Records Administrator and management.
* Scan and electronically file documentation according to local procedures.
* Use AMOS/STREAM to support Technical Records activities.
* Assist other departments as needed within capabilities.
* Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
* Maintain the Technical Records department in an audit-ready condition.
* Collaborate with Production Planning and Technical Services during maintenance projects.
Candidate Profile
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, proactively seeking opportunities to exceed expectations.
* Previous experience within a Part-145 MRO.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Experience with AMOS and STREAM systems.
