What You'll Do ?
As an Application Support Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for customers, helping them navigate technical challenges. Your role will include:
* ? Supporting ERP Modules: Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-Commerce, BI, and Supply Chain.
* ? Responding to Customer Queries: Investigate issues and provide solutions with care and professionalism.
* ? Documentation: Record problems, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
* ? Collaboration: Work with colleagues and customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
Who We're Looking For ?
* A systematic approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
* Initiative and the ability to work independently or in a team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication with a friendly, empathetic manner.
* Confidence managing customer experience under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience ?
* Experience with Accounting, ERP, or Business Management software.
* A degree or qualification in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business.
* Financial acumen or knowledge of management reporting.
Bonus skills:
* SQL Server/MySQL experience, including scripting & Admin Studio.
* Knowledge of FTP/SFTP, SSL Certificates, REST API, SOAP, Postman, SoapUI.
* Experience with CRM, E-Commerce, BI, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or EDI.
