About the Role
Location: Shoreham
Contract Type: Temporary (13th - 24th December 2025)
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Working Pattern: Includes weekends; outdoor work essential
Hours: Start between 08:00 - 09:00, finish 20:00
Key Responsibilities
Safely direct and control vehicle movements within your designated area
Ensure pedestrian safety at all times
Follow and enforce site traffic management plans
Communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and customers
Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe behaviour immediately
Support general site operations when needed
Requirements
Strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Flexible and able to work weekends as part of the rota
