Children’s Home Manager
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Registered Manager to lead our therapeutic children’s home, providing outstanding care and stability for young people with complex needs. What you’ll do:
* Lead, manage, and motivate a dedicated staff team to deliver high standards of care
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and drive the home toward “Outstanding” ratings
* Create and implement care plans tailored to each child’s needs
* Manage budgets, staffing, and rota planning effectively
* Work closely with local authorities, professionals, and families to achieve the best outcomes for young people
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare) or equivalent
* At least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s home
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
* A leader who can balance compassion with accountability
* Resilient, motivated, and committed to achieving excellence in residential childcare
