Senior Resuscitation Officer

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly motivated practitioner to join our Resuscitation Team to train and support staff working in NHS Lothian’s acute and primary care settings. You will be responsible for the line management of band 6 Resuscitation Officers
Our dedicated Resuscitation training facility at St Johns has recently been incorporated into a newly designed and refurbished education suite including full simulation and debrief facilities, sim ward, numerous additional breakout and clinical skills rooms including wellbeing space
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and time management skills with previous experience in education, supporting clinical staff and in treating the deteriorating sick patient with extensive knowledge of an A-E assessment and SBAR. You must be a certified RCUK ALS or EPALS instructor.
