KL Talent Solutions client is seeking a proactive and driven Sales Associate to support the organisation and deployment of marketing and sales campaigns across all product lines, while also identifying new business opportunities in support of the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Support
* Assist the Sales Manager in executing the sales strategy and achieving overall sales targets
* Support the Sales Manager and clients through product demonstrations, training sessions, exhibitions, and site visits
* Meet agreed Sales Revenue and Gross Profit (GP) targets
Customer Communication
* Serve as a primary internal point of contact for both prospects and existing customers
* Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing queries while meeting KPI targets
* Conduct proactive outbound calls to convert prospects into customers
* Work toward conversion targets as agreed with the Sales Manager
* Focus on key product areas
* Respond promptly to website enquiries with the aim of converting them into sales
