An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lawyer to join a leading international law firm on an initial 6-month secondment, supporting a high-profile client on Debt Capital Markets matters. There is a strong likelihood of extension beyond the initial term.
This role would suit a qualified lawyer, or a Paralegal with solid, hands-on experience in Debt Capital Markets who is comfortable operating at pace and adding value from day one.
You will support busy DCM teams on a broad range of matters, working closely with lawyers and stakeholders on live transactions. The work is technical, deadline-driven and well suited to someone who enjoys being embedded in deals rather than observing from the sidelines.
The position is hybrid, offering a mix of office and home working, and is available immediately.
