UK Based Chemical Operator Shifts 4 on 6 off annualised 12 hour shifts 2 days/2 nights
£30,000-£35,000 plus shift allowance- dependant on experience
* Carries out duties to comply with IPPC, COMAH and other regulatory obligations.
* Understanding of the basis of safety and safe operating limits for site processes and safety critical tasks.
* Ensures finished goods are of the highest quality.
* Understands factors affecting product quality and adjusts operating conditions within specified guidelines to achieve product quality specification.
* Completes documentation and records to quality standards.
* Actively participates in continuous improvements and workgroups.
* Operates processes in full accordance with SOP’s/COP’s
* Operates processes to issued plan/schedule.

Qualifications
Education
* Must be computer literate
* Level 2 functional skills (Maths / English)
* FLT license (Counterbalance)
* Ideally experience within a Chemical processing environment.
Desirable
* PSMO training
* NVQ level 3 Process Operators qualification (or equivalent).
