Job Description
We're looking for a seasoned Utilities Production Manager to lead our dynamic team. In this role, you'll optimize our utility operations, ensuring they remain safe, efficient, and compliant. As the driving force behind our operational targets, you'll focus on minimizing outages and maximizing cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage production operations across utility assets to meet supply plans and quality standards.
* Develop and implement compliance with regulations and safety standards.
* Optimize costs and implement efficiency improvements.
* Develop and maintain operational procedures.
* Manage third-party utility contracts and government energy schemes.
Qualifications
* Extensive knowledge and broad experience of Utilities including Municipal & Abstracted Water, Electricity, Nitrogen, Natural Gas, Compressed Air and Steam.
* Understanding of Biological wastewater & chemical / physical effluent treatment.
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related technical field.
* Demonstrated experience in leadership & management in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with CHP operations or steam generation is preferred.
