The Role We’re looking for a Business Centre Coordinator to become the backbone of our customer operations. This role is perfect for someone who is: * Comfortable working independently in a small, quiet office. * Able to multitask between customer enquiries, quotations, and office admin. * Keen to provide excellent service over the phone and by email. Key responsibilities: * Responding to customer enquiries (phone/email). * Preparing and following up on quotations. * Monitoring goods in transit and updating customers. * Managing daily office activities in line with company training. * Stepping out occasionally to meet local customers when required. About You We’d love to hear from you if you: * Have experience in customer service, admin, or office coordination. * Are organised, detail-focused, and self-motivated. * Enjoy working in a calm, professional environment with minimal supervision. * Are confident using computers and willing to learn new systems. * Are happy to work as part of a small, close-knit team of two.
