We’re Hiring: Senior Policy Leader – Youth & Adult Skills Reform

We’re looking for an exceptional policy leader to drive one of DWP’s most important reform agendas: transforming the youth and adult skills offer to improve opportunities for millions across the UK.
This is a rare chance to make an impact at the UK’s largest public service department, supporting around 20 million people through the State Pension and a range of working‑age, disability and ill‑health benefits.
DWP has an ambitious programme of change, including priorities set out in the Get Britain Working White Paper, with a strong emphasis on tackling rising youth inactivity and delivering a modernised adult skills agenda. With adult skills activity now integrated into DWP, this role offers a unique platform to shape the future of skills provision.
