Manage client relationships, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Identify and capitalise on cross-selling opportunities to meet clients' diverse financial needs. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch performance targets. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice. The Person Proven experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services sector. Strong understanding of financial products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Proficiency in relevant banking software and MS Office applications. The Package You'll enjoy a competitive salary of £12.90 per hour. The company offers a stable work schedule, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for an ideal work-life balance.
