Candidate Requirements
A classically trained FMCG marketer, either already at Brand Manager level or a high-potential ABM ready for more
Confident leading cross-functional teams and agency partners to drive commercial results
Commercially savvy, analytical, and proactive in driving brand growth
Experienced across multiple channels including retail, Out-of-Home, and convenience
Strong in both strategy and execution, with creative flair and commercial discipline
High energy, low ego, and a team-first approach
Deeply connected to consumer insight, with the ability to turn understanding into action
Comfortable operating in a business that blends structure with pace and values ownership
