About the Role
We are supporting a private equity-backed technology-enabled business services group seeking an interim Management Accountant to strengthen finance operations following a recent buy-and-build programme.
This role will support month-end, reporting, and integration of newly acquired entities.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management accounts
* Support budgeting and forecasting
* Balance sheet reconciliations and controls
* Assist with acquisition integrations
* Variance analysis and performance commentary
* Process improvement initiatives
Requirements
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist
* Strong management accounting background
* Multi-entity experience preferred
* PE-backed or acquisitive environment desirable
