A leading Build to Rent organisation is seeking a warm, proactive Property Customer Service Assistant on a 9 month FTC to join their team at Park Square in Milton Keynes. They manage high-quality living, commercial, and mixed-use developments and pride themselves on creating vibrant, sustainable communities. You will 4 days on and 4 days off, 12 hour shifts eg. 8 am - 8.00 pm with some weekend work.
The Role
As a Property Customer Service Assistant, you’ll deliver exceptional service and ensure residents feel valued from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll:
Provide a polished and welcoming front-of-house experience
Respond to resident queries and resolve issues promptly
Build positive relationships with both residents and team members
Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism
Follow company procedures with integrity and care
Contribute to a collaborative, positive team culture
About You
You’re people-focused, confident and customer-service driven. You bring:
Experience in hospitality, guest relations, residential services, sales, or a similar customer-facing role
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good IT literacy (MS Word, Outlook and Excel — training provided)
Professionalism, enthusiasm and a proactive approach
A team mindset and a friendly, polished presence
