🔑 The Role
* Lead global treasury operations across multiple regions and time zones
* Own end‑to‑end execution across settlements, liquidity, funding, and controls
* Drive process optimisation, automation, and operational resilience
* Partner closely with trading, finance, risk, and product teams
* Build a high‑performing, execution‑focused operations culture
✅ What They’re Looking For
* Senior leadership experience in treasury operations, payments operations, or financial operations
* Background from payments, PSPs, fintech, FX, or complex regulated environments
* Strong understanding of multi‑currency flows, liquidity management, and operational risk
* Proven track record of scaling teams, improving controls, and automating processes
* Calm, structured operator who thrives in fast‑moving global environments đź§
