Southside is a charitable, community-controlled housing association, owning and managing around 2,250 homes for social rent, providing factoring for 750 owners, and managing over 250 mid-market rent properties through Southside Lettings. We also have an extensive programme to build new homes. We are seeking a motivated individual with the skills and knowledge to deliver service contracts, ensure compliance with all health, safety and regulatory requirements, and manage contractors effectively. Strong administration, organisation and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a changing environment. You’ll be a team player with a “can do” attitude, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to support the Service Contracts Assistant while ensuring customers receive the best service possible. IT competence is required, as well as a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work use.
