Our client is one of the country's leading trading FinTechs.
Hybrid working in central London, they’re looking to hire an experienced DevOps / Platform Engineer with an interest in, and knowledge of, Security Engineering.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, across bare metal Linux, Cloud (AWS) infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, tooling and process automation, with software developers, quants and trading engineers.
The team are very agile and work in a continuous deployment environment to support live trading applications and drive solutions that are reusable, scalable and driven by infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation using Terraform.
Requirements:
* Proven experience of Platform / DevOps / Systems Engineering
* Great Terraform experience and knowledge of infrastructure as code
* Great knowledge of Linux infrastructure
* Good AWS knowledge
* Knowledge of Security, Cyber and DevSecOps
* Experience of containerisation and container orchestration – Kubernetes
* Experience designing and building Cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
* Good understanding of networking
* Experience in a trading, finance or FinTech environment would be ideal
