Programme
Our 2 Year Apprenticeship Programme covers all the essential skills and principles you will need to become a HSC and you'll learn how to run an effective hire desk, including stock control and purchasing, driving sales and managing customer queries effectively whilst co-ordinating drivers to ensure customers' needs are met. You'll also study everything from customer service and sales skills to back office administration and credit control of a high-performing hire desk.
Salary and Hours
Apprentices under 18 joining our programme you will be required to work a maximum of 39 hours per week with a starting salary of 15,361 per annum. Apprentices over 18 joining our programme you will be required to work a maximum of 42.5 hours per week with a starting salary of 16,736 per annum. After successful completion of Year 1 you will automatically be placed on the National Minimum Wage rate for your age group.
