Hello Klean | London HQ | Beauty Solutions for Your Water Hello Klean is an indie beauty brand based in London, developing innovative beauty solutions for hard water. We’ve sold over 500,000 products and were featured on BBC Dragons’ Den (2023). With 700% growth over the past two years, we’re on track to becoming a £100M global beauty brand. Key Responsibilities As a key hire working directly with the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Hello Klean’s next growth chapter. This is an ideal role for someone eager to learn how to scale a DTC brand from the inside out — spanning performance marketing, CRO, email, product development, go-to-market, and international expansion. Develop and Execute Growth Strategies Design and implement data-led growth strategies to scale Hello Klean’s DTC channel. Identify new market opportunities while continuously optimizing existing ones for sustainable, profitable growth. Manage Paid Social and Google Ads Oversee our paid social and Google Ads performance, working closely with external partners to test new creatives, audiences, and campaign structures that drive efficiency and improve ROAS. Email & Retention Marketing Collaborate with our email marketing agency to build engaging, conversion-focused campaigns that nurture and retain customers. Refine loyalty, win-back, and personalized strategies to boost retention and LTV. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Work with our CRO agency to analyze landing page performance and run continuous A/B testing to enhance conversion rates and user experience. Analytics & Reporting Own performance tracking across all growth channels. Translate insights into actionable recommendations and maintain a data-first approach in decision-making. Market & Trend Awareness Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and beauty to keep Hello Klean at the forefront of innovation. Qualifications Proven experience in a growth or performance marketing role, ideally in e-commerce or consumer brands. Strong, hands-on expertise in Meta and Google Ads — ideally managing multi-million-pound budgets. Skilled with analytics and e-commerce tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, Triple Whale, etc.). Exceptional analytical mindset — you love turning data into strategy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where ideas turn into action quickly.
