PHP Developer - Hybrid (2 Days Onsite) | Blackpool | Full-Time | £35,000 - £48,000 DOE
I'm working with a growing tech-led organisation that is looking for an experienced PHP/Laravel Developer to join their engineering team. This hybrid role requires two set office days each week (Tuesday and Thursday) with the remaining days from home.
The Role
You'll be developing and maintaining the Back End systems that bring large data streams into the business, forming the backbone of their analytics platform. The work is primarily PHP/Laravel-focused, with opportunities to contribute to UI improvements using Tailwind and Alpine.js if that interests you. You'll also work closely with the Data Admin team to ensure the tools they use daily are efficient and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain Laravel-based systems handling large datasets
* Develop clean, reusable PHP components
* Integrate external APIs across gaming, entertainment and social data sources
* Improve internal admin tools based on team feedback
* Contribute to UI updates using Tailwind/Alpine.js
* Support wider internal development projects
* Ensure consistent and reliable data flow across platforms
