About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to take responsibility for the daily operations of a busy prestige automotive workshop. You will manage workflow, lead and develop the technician team, and ensure all work meets brand, safety, and quality standards. The role also involves overseeing workshop administration, planning, and performance monitoring to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day workshop operations in a prestige automotive environment
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians to meet performance targets
* Ensure full compliance with brand standards, safety, and quality procedures
* Maintain and improve workshop efficiency, productivity, and quality control
* Manage all workshop administration including job allocation, scheduling, reporting, and workflow planning
* Monitor labour utilisation, productivity, and workshop KPIs
* Liaise with service advisors, parts teams, and management to ensure smooth operations

* Proven experience in a Workshop Manager, Workshop Controller, or supervisory role
