A highly regarded law firm are seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Real Estate Dispute Resolution team. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of contentious property matters and the chance to work with a respected client base across commercial, residential, and development sectors.
Working as part of a supportive Real Estate Dispute Resolution team, you will:
1. Managing your own caseload of contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, service charge recovery, lease interpretation, enfranchisement, and security of tenure issues.
2. Advising both residential and commercial clients, including developers, investors, and property owners.
3. Supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value cases.
4. Contributing to business development activities and client relationship management.
5. Ensuring all matters are handled efficiently and in line with firm and regulatory standards.
About You:
6. Qualified Solicitor with 1–6 years’ PQE.
7. Experience in property litigation or general litigation with a property focus.
8. Strong understanding of key landlord and tenant legislation.
9. Excellent drafting and communication skills.
10. Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
11. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
12. Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
