Theyre now looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the front-of-house team and ensure guests enjoy a consistently outstanding fine dining experience.

* £34,490 per annum plus circa £12,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the hotels award-winning 3 Rosette restaurant
* Leading and inspiring the front-of-house team to deliver flawless, elevated service
* Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive team development and guest satisfaction
* Being hands-on during service, ensuring every guest experience is polished and memorable
* Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail
* Bringing strong food and wine knowledge to the floor and assisting with training and mentoring
This role would suit someone with proven experience in fine dining or luxury hotel restaurants, a calm and confident approach, and a genuine passion for delivering excellence.
